About Us
Our Story
In June 2024, Florian and Kalolo came together with a shared goal—to use their values and expertise to contribute to a better New Zealand healthcare system. Rather than jumping to solutions, they focused on understanding the real challenges clinicians face. They visited over130 GP clinics and hospitals across New Zealand and have met over 1,000 healthcare leaders and frontline clinicians to understand real challenges and opportunities firsthand.
Hendrix Health is named after Florian’s son and Kalolo’s godson, Leo Hendrix—our inspiration for a better healthcare system. In 10 years, when Leo is a teenager, we want him to have access to an advanced, more supportive healthcare system in NZ.
